Refund policy
Please contact us if you need to return an item and we will organise this for you. Whilst we try our best to ensure all our products are perfect when they leave us, things can happen along the way. Shipping returns is free. Replacement rolls can be provided, or we can offer a part/full refund for any defected/damaged rolls. Rolls should be inspected before hanging as refunds are only given on complete rolls. If a roll has been cut or damaged in any way, we cannot offer a refund.
